1. Submit Your Trip Details 

Use the inquiry form to request a quote by sharing your destination, dates, budget, travel vision, etc. 

2. Pay the Planning Fee

An invoice will be emailed upon receipt of the inquiry form. A consultation call can be arranged, if preferred. 

Planning Fee includes: 

• Initial consultation

• Destination recommendations

• Resort/hotel research

• Booking flights, airport transfers, hotels/resorts, excursions/tours 

• Two itinerary revisions before booking

• General travel advice

• Travel document reminders

• Final travel documents
